Embodied processing
As an embodied processing practitioner, my focus is on helping individuals connect with their bodies and emotions in a safe and supportive environment. I support people to work through and sit with their emotions and experiences by focusing on the physical sensations in their bodies. By fostering a safe and non-judgmental space, I aim to facilitate healing and growth, empowering clients to develop self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.
I use a client lead holistic approach that integrates somatic body-centered techniques, mindfulness, and Brainspotting. Through the use of Brainspotting techniques, I help my clients access their inner resources and process unresolved trauma or emotional pain. I believe that everyone has the innate capacity for healing and growth, and I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals and find more well-being in their lives.
I understand that everyone's journey is unique and I strive to meet each person where they are at, with empathy and compassion. Through various techniques and practices, I aim to guide individuals towards a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences, ultimately leading to greater self-awareness and personal growth.
