Brainspotting

My name is Rachel and I am an Artist, Brainspotting therapist and parent of 2 young children. I have been studying Brainspotting for 6 years and got my Level 1 qualification in 2023. In my practice I work teenagers and adults and I welcome and affirm clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

As a Brainspotting therapist my focus is on helping individuals connect with their bodies and emotions in a safe and supportive environment. I support people to work through and sit with their emotions and experiences by focusing on the physical sensations in their bodies and using eye gaze (Brainspotting) to access the brains natural processing capabilities.
